Discover their work and support emerging IED talent! You can cast up to ten votes for the projects that make the greatest impression on you

Six IED alumni have reached the final stage of the 7th Arts Thread Global Creative Graduate Showcase 2026, a competition that gives graduates the opportunity to share their creative work with peers from around the world and have it assessed by industry leaders. Last year, more than 5,000 graduates from schools and universities in over 100 countries took part.

This 7th edition sees Mariona Panés, Sara Vainer, Miranda Sanz, Malak Yahia and Victoria Escobar (IED Barcelona), together with Zuriñe Berrueta (IED Kunsthal Bilbao), make it through to the final stage.

Discover their work and support emerging IED talent! You can cast up to ten votes for the projects that make the greatest impression on you.

Fashion, Accessories & Textiles – Menswear category

Mariona Panés i Coromina with “Escala del 7 al buit”, a project conceived as an open system rather than a closed collection, continually redefining itself through garments that exist both individually and as part of a larger whole. Vote here

Fashion, Accessories & Textiles – Formal / Couture category

Sara Vainer with “Bailar en la herida”, a project exploring the underlying tension between beauty and pain in classical ballet and expressing the duality between rigidity and lightness, strength and vulnerability through contrasting structures, delicate fabrics and handcrafted details. Vote here

Fashion, Accessories & Textiles – Casual / Streetwear category

Miranda Sanz with “Minime”, a project centred on self-discovery that imagines the designs Sanz might have created as a child using the skills she has today. The proposal features playful silhouettes, textured knitwear, embroidery and vibrant colours. Vote here

Fashion, Accessories & Textiles – Casual / Streetwear category

Zuriñe Berrueta with “Three thousand echoes for a melody”, a project exploring the second lives of objects of great sentimental value that we lose. Vote here

Digital, Visual Communication & Film – Interaction Design category

Malak Yahia with “ANanke: The arc of six screens”, a six-screen digital installation examining how contemporary capitalism operates as a labyrinth that restricts perspective beneath an appearance of natural order. Vote here

Digital, Visual Communication & Film – Graphic Design category

Victoria Escobar-Fernández with “Rhizome”, a generative identity system inspired by the concept of rhizomatic growth that translates the narratives of coffee culture into constantly evolving visual compositions. Adapted to different origins, flavour profiles and cultural contexts, each product tells its own story while remaining part of a coherent brand system. Vote here

Voting is open until 21 October.
